These Terms & Conditions govern your use of IDBANKQR.COM ("the Service"), operated by S S Solutions. By registering for an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
IDBANKQR.COM lets you upload, store, view, print and download copies of your personal identity and other documents, and provides a personal QR code for quick access to your account.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Membership Plans and Payment
Access is offered under Evaluation, Annual, and Lifetime membership plans as described on the Register page at the time of signup. Payments made via UPI/NEFT are self-reported by you at registration and confirmed manually by our team; membership is activated once payment is verified. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and only to upload documents that you own or are authorised to store. You must not attempt to access another user's account or documents, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of every document you upload. You grant us only the limited right to store and display it back to you for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership of your documents and do not share them with third parties except as required by law.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time, and these terms may be updated; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; see our Contact Us page to request account or data deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, S S Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
