One secure place for every document
We built a single, secure place to keep digital copies of every ID and document that matters — protected behind your own login, encrypted at rest, and reachable in seconds from a personal QR code. No more digging through folders before a bank appointment or a KYC check.
From ID cards to a complete personal archive
What began as a place for identity documents has grown into a complete personal archive. Beyond a PAN card, a Voter card or a Health card, IDBANKQR.COM is built to hold everything else that matters: certificates and marks memos earned over years of study, invoices and warranty cards for the things you own, agreements you've signed, medical and health records, legal case documents, the price lists and menu cards a small business depends on, and the property documents, property tax receipts and electricity bills that prove where you live and what you're responsible for. If it's valuable enough to keep, it belongs in your vault.
We built it this way because life rarely asks for one document at a time. A property purchase calls for tax receipts and utility bills in the same afternoon. A warranty claim needs the invoice you filed away two years ago. IDBANKQR.COM keeps all of it together, so you're never caught searching when it matters most.
Priced around how you use it
We priced it around that same idea. We're not selling storage space by the gigabyte — we're selling the convenience of finding a document in seconds and the security of knowing it's protected. That's why plans are built around how you actually use the vault: an entry-level Trial plan to see if it's for you, a low-cost Evolution plan to try it out for longer, a discounted Student plan for registrants aged 25 or younger, Personal for everyday individual use, Family for a household's documents under one account, and Premium for people managing a larger archive who want their support requests looked at first. Open about our numbers
The bottom of our Home page shows a running Visitors count. Each browser is counted once a day and search-engine crawlers are left out, so it is an honest footfall figure rather than an inflated page-hit counter. Beside it, an Online number shows how many people are on the site right now, whether logged in or just browsing — only the total, never who. Behind the scenes, our team can see which logged-in members are active, which helps us choose quiet times for maintenance and notice unusual activity. Other members can never see whether you are online.
